Edit, duplicate, reassign or delete an asset

If you are the creator or Contact on an asset, you will have the option to perform several actions after you have added it to Mutu. On the asset page you will see options to:

  • Edit: This will direct you to the Add an asset page where you will be able to edit all the fields relating to the asset (e.g. adding a photo, changing the contact)
  • Duplicate: Instantly duplicate the asset and carry over all the compulsory fields.
  • (Re)Assign: Quickly reassign the asset to a new person (Note: this does not change the Contact field and only updates the Assigned to field).
  • Delete: Remove the asset from the Mutu platform.
