Reassigning equipment to another user

Often items on Mutu need to be reassigned to another user. Instead of ending a booking and getting a user to start a new booking, Mutu offers the option to quickly reassign gear.

To reassign an item you will need to:

  1. Navigate to Your Toolkit (see image above)
  2. Click on the Reassign button
  3. Select the user within your organisation you wish to reassign the item to (you are only able to reassign items to users who have signed up to your organisation on Mutu)
  4. Click Reassign

The user you have selected to reassign the item to will then be notified that it is being reassigned to them. Only after they have accepted the reassignment in their Manage Requests section will the item be transferred to them in Mutu.
